SpendWise is a free online budget tracking and expense management tool that allows users to track their spending, set budgets, and generate financial reports. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of SpendWise, you agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate information when using the Service
- Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service
- Not use the Service for any fraudulent or unauthorized purpose
4. Data and Privacy
SpendWise operates as a client-side application, meaning:
- Your financial data is stored locally in your browser
- We do not collect or store your financial information on our servers
- We do not have access to your expense data or budgets
- Clearing your browser data may result in loss of your information
Important: Since your data is stored locally in your browser, you are responsible for backing up any important financial information. We recommend exporting your data regularly using the PDF export feature.
5. Intellectual Property
The SpendWise application, including its design, features, and functionality, is the property of DKapoore and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without explicit permission.
6. Third-Party Services
SpendWise may include third-party services, such as advertising networks. These third parties have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, availability, or ability to meet your needs. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpendWise and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, whether in an action in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
